Aim
The Grampian Exhibition Event aims to showcase the opportunities that are available to both Women and Girls in the Grampian area to play the game of Rugby. The event will highlight the development pathway at both Social and Performance level that any Player can progress along. There will be a number of underlying areas; safety, enjoyment and values that we hope to educate the Players about on during the day.

Event Overview
The day will consist of games at all age groups within Women and Girls Rugby in the Grampian Area. During the morning Under 12’s will play a 7-a-side tournament whilst the Under 15’s and Under 18’s play 15-a-side fixtures (with a minimum of 1 team in each age group represented from the Grampian Region). Lunch will be provided to all the players and then to finish off the day a Senior Women’s game will kick off at 14:00hrs, to showcase the sport at senior level.

Teams Arrive – 10.00
Teams Briefed – 10.30
U12’s Tournament KO and Finish – 11:00 – 12:30
U15’s fixture KO and Finish – 11:00-12:30
U18’s Fixture KO and Finish – 11:30-13:00
Lunch – 13:00-14:00
Senior Fixture KO – 14:00

Prior:
All Teams/Players from U12, U15 and Under 18 Age Group need to note an interest with myself, Kim Jamieson, to receive more information: kimberley.jamieson@sru.org.uk
On the day:
All Teams to sign in on the day at the main entrance, indicating the number of players they have attending.

Additional Information
Scottish Rugby would advise all players/Clubs to bring the following:
Strips/Playing Colours
Water for the duration of the event
Gum guard
Approved Protective Wear
Weather appropriate clothing (Showers and Changing Facilities will also be provided)
