We are delighted to announce our management team for next season.
First team manager Adam Peek has now got his team in place for the new season and is delighted with the new team.
Firstly Charlie Barlow joins as our Assistant Manager, Charlie is an ex Southend Unite academy player and coach but has also played at a high level in non league. Charlie is a UEFA B licence coach and has worked with Adam as a player for the last 3 years but has decided he wants to focus on his management and coaching career.
Adam said' Charlie has all the attributes that anyone would want at a club, he is a winner, he understands what a professional environment looks like and has a real drive to succeed. Having known chaz for 3 years we get on well and i trust him, for me this was about giving young coaches the opportunity to show what they can do and I'm delighted to have him on board'
Next we welcome Cris Goncalves to the club as first team coach. Cris was with Sporting Bengal last season and has also had experience with FC Dallas in America. He is a UEFA B licence coach.
Adam said 'Cris has a real energy, passion and drive about him who will absolutely do anything for the club. Cris knows the league and is a great coach who will help to add structure to our sessions and the way we want to play. Cris is a real likeable character and we have got on really well in our meetings. I am delighted to have Cris on board as part of the team'
And Lastly we welcome Danny Tolley to the club as our GK coach. Dan has a great level of experience with the like of Tring and more recently Dunmow.
Adam said: 'Dan has a great level of experience and all the right characteristics for the club, he wants to push himself up the leagues and came across really well. Its important to have such a good GK coach at the club to help with improving the GKs and having someone dedicated to them. Dan is a great guy and will be a real asset for us.
