Time to celebrate all of your achievements for the 19/20 season!


You are invited to the I7HC End of Season Dinner 2020!

When: Saturday 2nd May
Where: Suffolk Food Hall
Time: 18:30 start, prompt!
Dress: Black tie
Ticket Price: £39 per person
This event will consist of a welcome drink and a three course meal. There will also be the end of season speeches & awards, as well as a DJ and photobooth!

Menu Choices:

Starters
Soup of the day, crusted granary bread.
Chopped pork & alsace bacon rillette, caramelised roscoff onions, coriander cress & toasted sourdough bread.
Smoked mackerel mousse, creme fraiche, pickled green apple salad, chive oil, granary bread crackers.
Red Poll beef carpaccio, gran padano cheese foam, wild rocket, toasted nigella seeds.

Mains
Sauteed free range chicken supreme, pomme anna potatoes, parma wrapped green beans, wild mushroom au lait jus.
Pan roasted coley fillet, spring onion and chevril creamed potato, smoked hispi cabbage, roasted onion broth finished with fresh sea vegetable herbs.
Spinach & ricotta stuffed filo cannelloni, garlic & parmesan veloute finished with broad beans & fresh garden peas, parmesan tuile.
Braised Red Poll beef short rib, Farmhouse leeks, creamed sweet potato puree, triple cooked park & juniper sauce.

Desserts
Lemon Meringue Pie - Sweet pastry tart case, filled with raspberry paste, lemon creme diplomat, finished with torched Italian meringue.
Black Forest Roulade - 70% cocoa chocolate sponge layered with black cherry jam & Ameretti ice-cream, chocolate soil, boozy cherries.
Apple Crumble & Custard - Carmamelised milk puree, vanilla & cinnamon apple compote, toasted oat crumble, calvados & vanilla creme Anglaise.
Coconut & Lime - Hung coconut & kaffia lime parfait, black cherry puree, baby seasonal mint, mango sorbet.

*Coronavirus: The club is following the current advice from Public Health England and at present this event is going ahead as planned. Therefore, we encourage all members of the club to support this event to ensure that this night can be a great success and a celebration of all that we have achieved this year. However, should government advice change then this event will be postponed to a later date. If this is the case your purchased ticket will be guaranteed for the new date. If you unfortunately cannot make the new date then your ticket price will be refunded.
