YM Hawks Travel With a Full Team Plus Replacements

For the first time in possibly years, the YM Hawks were able to travel to an away game with a full team of players plus the luxury of a full bench.

However, despite this and being buoyed by a convincing win in the prevous game, YM soon found themselves chasing the game.

YM started brightly and had the lions share of possession in the opening ten minutes but Clacton started to get their game together and probe YM's defensive line.

YM held firm for some time with great defending but once Clacton had broken thorough, YM had difficulty re-establishing themselves in the game.

Although the scoreline suggests otherwise, the game wasn't all Clacton but it does show that just having players even at EC3 level isn't enough.
Over the coming weeks the tranche of new players will be able to train and familiarise themselves with the Hawks and the winning form should return.
