Boot Camp has been booked for Tuesday 8th October, 7.30 pm at Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa. It will be an hour session in the functional training zone.

Due to no netball on Thursdays for a month, boot camp has been booked weekly for the next 4 weeks. Please try and come as it is a good fitness session. Bring swim wear and u can have sauna, steam room or swim afterwards.
