Kahawa Pride FC Lionesses, a team where passion and excellence converge. Competing in the FKF Nairobi East Women’s Regional League, the Lionesses are embarking on their third season, driven by a blend of youthful energy and seasoned experience. They are making waves both locally and nationally. Tabitha Wambui represented Kenya in the CECAFA Pan African School Games, Angela Muthoni almost earned her place in the Kenya U18 squad, Angela Wachira is now pursuing a football scholarship at Michigan University after being part of the Kenya U20 squad, and Precious Ernst continues to excel in Australia. In 2023, the Lionesses secured 2nd place in the United Nations Football For the Goals tournament in Siaya and clinched the Sports Team of the Tournament at Sarah’s Charity tournament. They are a family, committed to uplifting each other and their community. They are a team that exemplifies heart, more than a football team; a beacon of inspiration.
