In keeping with Government guidance the intention is to maintain social distancing at the meeting with tables and chairs spread with the necessary spacing. Should it not be possible to proceed on this basis for whatever reason then the committee will investigate the feasibility of holding the meeting virtually with a dial-in option for those wishing to participate remotely.

Assuming that it will be possible to proceed as 'normal' then the meeting will start at 1930.
