2. Goalkeeping

The Goalkeeper can be recognised as one of the most important but fundementally hardest positions on the football field. You can go from hero, with a fine save keeping your team in the game, to zero, if you make a mistake as a goalkeeper it is often fatal to the team.

"The goalkeeper is the last line of defence and the first line of attack"

At our goalkeeper school we cover all of the main areas from static and dynamic warmups to handling, catching, distribution short and long, basic saves, diving saves, extending saves, reactions saves and collecting high crosses.

We then also advance this into real match scenarios teaching the boys important information on positioning at corners, free kicks, lining a wall correctly, 1 on 1 situations, penalties and very importantly COMMUNICATION.

The Kent Goalkeeper School Friday evening 7pm till 8pm @ Trinity School, Erith Road, Belvedere, Kent, DA17 6HT at a cost of only £5 per goalkeeper.

This is carried out in a very good learning environment and is for goalkeepers aged 5 to 18. Suitable for all ages and all abilities. If interested please contact Goalkeeper Coach Sam MacNeil on 07885 749267
