The Fast & Furious 2025 5K Series took part over 3 races in May, June And July. Weather conditions were good although varied for each race and there was some very close racing and many personal best times.

Race 1 in May included the culmination of this years Couch 2 5K group. The weather cooled down on race day after the final weeks of the course being held in hot conditions for May.
Winner on the day was Junior Lady Hattie Richards (KSAC) in a time of 18.30 after a race long battle with Ben Laud (also KSAC) with 18.39 and Richard Fain (Black Pear Joggers) in 18.45. Next was 2nd Junior Lady Ffion Collins (Halesowen) with a time of 18.57 and 3rd Lady was Louise Collins (Halesowen) in 19.27.

Race 2 in June was held in hot conditions and produced a clear winner in Karl Heeley (Amazing Feet) with a time of 16.09. In 2nd was Sam Smith (Cleobury Mortimer) in 17.42 and 3rd was Adam Hollis (Halesowen) with 17.49. 1st Junior Man in 4th was Ethan Jordan (Halesowen) in 17.59. The Ladies race was won by Sarah Velasquez (KSAC) in 21.37 with Samantha Love (Halesowen) 2nd in 22.35.

Race 3 in July saw ideal conditions, warm with a cooling breeze and again some very close racing. There was a battle from the start with Steven Turner (BRAT) finally breaking clear on the final lap to win in 16.31 with Matthew Herbert (Bournville) clocking 17.00 for 2nd and Darryll Thomas (Bromsgrove & Redditch) 3rd with 17.29. The ladies race was very close with Becki Timmings just winning in 17.58 from Hattie Richards (KSAC) in a new personal best time of 18.01. Richard Fain was next in 18.02 after improving his times steadily throughout the series.
