To all Athletes, Members and Parents, Guardians and Carers of Junior Athletes.

The Executive Committee invites you to attend The Annual General Meeting of Kidderminster and Stourport Athletic Club which will be held at Stourport Sports Club on Thursday 13th February 2025, commencing at 7.30 pm in the Club House Phoenix Suite.

As you no doubt realise, KSAC wouldn’t exist without its loyal volunteers. We now have well over 200 paid members and urgently need help to keep the club running.

Future Roles

Our current Treasurer is stepping down at the AGM and our long-standing General Secretary will step down in May 2026.

We therefore very urgently require someone to take over the Treasurer’s role. We also need someone to take minutes at our monthly Committee Meetings.

The reality is if we don’t get a new Treasurer now and a General Secretary before May 2026 Kidderminster and Stourport Athletic Club might have to fold. It has happened to other clubs, so please don’t let it happen to us.

If you can assist in any way please come along to the AGM or speak to one of the Coaches.
