Well hung

In form King Cross Park travelled to unbeaten Hanging Heaton and left them with their record intact. Forget the first 30 minutes because the players were waiting for El Presidente to arrive and inspire us. With hooker Lee Gleeson and loose forward Mick Samples putting in a mountain of tackles plus props Nathan Raynor and Ellis Nuttall making hard yards up the middle Park found themselves in a decent position for stand off Josh Robertshaw to put up a well placed bomb which found the ground and he chased well to skilfully pluck the ball from the fullback's grasp, score under the posts and duly convert.

In the second half Park went toe to toe with the Dewsbury select side with man of the match Zak Dewhirst causing all manner of problems and powering his way over for a deserved try, converted by Adam Brook.
