Training will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in West Ham at our club grounds, easily accessible by the Jubilee, District, DLR and C2C. Starting at 6:45pm and finishing at 8:30pm some Saturday sessions will also be included.

Training is open to all experienced players, you do not have to be coming to Ottawa to join us. Get in early, work on your skills and build the teamwork in advance of the season. TRY RUGBY sessions for those new to the game will be announced shortly and open to all experience levels and gender identities.

With 4 squads to join ranging from level 8 to a development squad playing friendlies and growing their skills, there is a team for you. Our experienced team of coaches, including 2 qualified to England Rugby Level 3, will work with you to find the right squad and ability for you.
