Your Voice, Our Priorities
As many of you will be aware, we recently conducted a member survey, and you’ve helped us identify some clear priorities:

Improve our clubhouse facilities to create a more welcoming, inclusive space.
Strengthen club communications so all members stay informed and connected.
Continue to nurture the community spirit that makes our club such a special place.

Over the forthcoming weeks, you’ll see some actions in these areas as we prepare for the new season. As ever, these improvements take time and effort from volunteers, and if anyone can help or assist in any way, no matter how small, please make yourselves known!

Our Vision for the Future
As a club, it’s vital we not only respond to the present, but plan boldly for the future. I’d like to share with you our long-term vision and strategic goals, which will guide our decisions and direction in the years ahead.

Long-Term Vision & Strategic Goals
Secure permanent premises and facilities that we can be proud to call our long-term home.
Establish and develop a unified Knutsford RUFC culture and Rugby DNA, consistent across every age group - from Minis to Seniors.
Develop a strong and sustainable senior section with two full-time, competitive senior teams.
Continue the growth and development of our junior section, securing a clear player pathway from youth through to adult rugby.
Improve and foster relationships across the wider Knutsford community, ensuring we are recognised as a key part of local life.
Operate profitably year-on-year, with all surpluses reinvested directly into the growth, development, and future of our club.

It is my commitment, along with all the committee and leadership team, to help deliver these goals, and with the continued support and efforts from the club as a collective, I am very confident we can achieve these in the medium to long term.

In Closing
Knutsford RUFC is more than just a rugby club; it’s a community, a place where lifelong friendships are formed, and where rugby is used as a tool for well-being, personal development, and inclusion. I’m honoured to be part of this next chapter and look forward to working with all of you to bring our vision to life.

Thank you for your continued support, it’s your commitment and passion that make this club so special.

Warm regards,
Jon Pittey
Chairman
Knutsford RUFC
