The first XV travelled to Crewe & Nantwich hoping to recreate their display on the last game of the previous season. An equally scrappy game, but the travelling men in blue were dogged in attack, winning 36-11 in the end .
The seconds were at home against a diluted Glossop travelling side. The team had no fewer than 8 senior colts and their speed and athleticism was the difference against some robust Glossop forwards. Knutty were dominant throughout other than a short spell after half time and comfortably won 47-12.
Training continues this Thursday from 7.30pm at Toft - all welcome.
