Lancaster City Football Club are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our leadership team as Commercial Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future development of the club during a period of strategic reorganisation and growth.

About the Role
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the club’s commercial operations, with a strong focus on partnership development, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that support the club’s long-term financial sustainability.

This role may be considered for appointment to the Board of Directors, subject to the candidate's experience and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sponsorship, partnerships, and other revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional businesses
- Promote the club’s brand and values within the community and beyond
- Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the club’s leadership structure

- Proven experience in commercial development, business growth, or sponsorship acquisition
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver results
- A passion for football and community engagement is desirable
