Lancaster City Football Club and Dollies in the Community have announced that prostate cancer tests will be available at Giant Axe.
These tests, which involve 'a pain-free blood test', will take place at the club's ground on Saturday, May 13th between 11am and 3pm.
The Dolly Blues join a number of EFL clubs club’s that are using their stadiums as bases for the tests that are part of the The Barry Kilby Prostate Cancer Appeal.
These clubs include Championship leaders Burnley, Charlton Athletic and Carlisle United.
80 test places have been allocated to Giant Axe. Those being tested will be asked for a donation of £10 on the day to go towards the cost of the test, which is £25.
