VACANCY: Head of Youth Development
The club are looking to increase its development of youth footballers within the Lancaster area.
With that in mind need a highly motivated and enthusiastic coach and administrator to drive and implement its plans.
Main responsibilities would be to help create and grow infrastructure for a thriving youth team and reserves,and lead on developing a pathway from development centres through to the 1st team.
This role is voluntary, although there may be an opportunity for paid employment should the Youth team scholarship scheme be in place for September 2019.
