An injury time rocket of a strike from Totton substitute Nimes Pina gave the visitors the spoils at the very end of a game that hitherto had stalemate written all over it.
Although Totton had a number of chances to take the lead early in the second half after a lacklustre first period, wasteful finishing and some solid defending from the Larks' centre halves Ed Dryden and Matt Guy, as well as a couple of good saves from man of the match Shaun Semmens, allowed the home side to get back into the game and threaten in turn.
Larks' winger Cory Simpson could have finished better off a fine solo run and then Joe Tumelty had what looked like a cast-iron penalty shout but nothing was given. In a game of few clear-cut chances, it always going to be one goal that decided it.
