Town return to action this weekend with the first of two tough fixtures in Manchester in the space of four days.

On Saturday Blues visit 5th placed Trafford and follow that up with a visit to 3rd placed Radcliffe FC on Tuesday evening.

Following last weekends postponement at Atherton Collieries Neil Baker's side have had a two week break which has allowed some extra time for the likes of Dan Trickett-Smith and Tim Grice to return to full fitness.

Baker (pictured) also hopes to have a new signing available with 22-year-old attacking player Aaron Dwyer linking up with his squad. Dwyer has had spells with New Mills and Mossley this season and has previously played for Cheadle Town, Stockport Town and Curzon Ashton.

The Blues boss took the opportunity to watch Saturday's opponents last weekend as they won 1-0 on the 3G at Widnes and Baker was impressed with what he saw.

He told the Sentinel, “Trafford are a well organised side. They’ve only lost two league games at home, so their record is decent but we will go there looking to get something from the game as we always do.”

There will be updates throughout the game as usual on Twitter and all the usual reports, photos and reaction on this website over the weekend.
