The First team squad returned to pre-season training this weekend and Dave Stringer, of Moorlands Sports, took the opportunity to speak to Josh Brehaut after the first session.

Louis Potts wanted to thank the fans for the welcoming support since he signed and has asked us to share this message

"I would just like to thank all the supporters, players and staff who welcomed me to the Club when I joined, it helped me settle in very quickly and to hit the ground running.

Retiring from football has been a really difficult decision to make, and I will really miss not being part of the group this season with a special set of lads. The demands of playing at this level are demanding and I want to spend more time with my family, and that has been the driving factor in my decision.

I wish the Club and supporters all the best for the future and the forthcoming 2025/26 season and I wont be a stranger - Ill be down to see the boys and fans this season when I can.
