Over the past three weeks the Club has moved from a traditional pay at the gate model, to a fully functioning online advance ticket solution provided by Kaizen - this primarily to control supporter numbers, ease workload and shorten queue times at the turnstile.
On the whole this has been an overwhelming success and is set to continue, the Club has produced a short video feature on how buy tickets and in time will produce a full user guide.
If supporters are struggling with the system please ask a friend or family for help, or another supporter who has already used the system.
The next stage in the development of this is the movement of merchandise onto the platform - this is a gradual process but as from today you can now buy mugs, badges and car stickers.
You can access those here.
You can also buy match sponsorship packages and by the end of the week you will be able to purchase digital programmes for each game or as a season long subscription. The programme delivered to you via email before the game - a convenient, cost effective, and safe way to receive your match day programme.
Sponsorship packages are available here
Season tickets for those who have already ordered and purchased their tickets will be available to collect on Saturday from the admin office - tickets have been loaded into the new system to enable us to produce a pass with a Q code which can then be scanned each time you come to a game, some customers have received a system generated email regarding the order - these should be ignored.
Unfortunately whilst the 400 spectator restriction is in place the Club have suspended sales of season tickets, if there is any material movement in the number this decision will be revisited.
