TRICKETT-SMITH SIGNS VALE DEAL

Trickett-Smith, 23, signed a contract to 2021 but will be loaned back to Leek Town for the remainder of the campaign to help with the promotion bid.

Dan signed for the Blues in September 2017 after a spell playing in the USA with Sacramento Republic and has since scored 22 goals in 58 appearances for the club and also provided numerous assists.

He started his career on the books of Crewe Alexandra where he worked with current Blues boss Neil Baker and then at age 16,secured a £300,000 move to Liverpool where he remained for four seasons before moving to the USA on his release.
