Regrettably, we have again taken the decision to postpone the AGM.
It is our desire to have an AGM where everyone can feel safe to attend and have a voice.
Following a number of concerns from both the board and club members, some who are in the vulnerable category, it is clear that this will not be possible whilst the present pandemic conditions and restrictions continue.
A zoom meeting has been proposed but the board feel that this would exclude a good number of our members who do not have access or computer capability.
It is virtually impossible to plan around the uncertainties of the Covid-19 pandemic and we will reschedule as soon as it is possible to accommodate all our members in a safe environment
In the mean time the board have all agreed to stay in situ until the AGM has been completed.
