Fine display from the Bulldogs

Period 1
On a mild sunny morning the boys started in true Bulldogs spirit with great defensive play and excellent rucking.

This lead to a deserving try by Owen. 1 - 0.

After some passages of play Ormskirk scored. 1 - 1.

The Bulldogs soon regained the lead with a great pickup and touchdown by Harrison G. 2 - 1.

2nd period
Ormskirk were quick out of the blocks and soon scored. 2 - 2.

The Bulldogs regrouped and scored after a great run and finish by Sammy. 3 - 2.

3rd period
After a brilliant run and pass to Harrison Mc who finished in style great try. 4 - 2.

Great steal at the ruck and touchdown try Harrison G. 5 - 2.

4th period
After another great pas Leo pinned his shoulders back and raced down the wing in typical style to score a great try. 7 - 2.

Ormskirk scored a consolation try to finish the morning’s scoring. 7 - 3.

The coaches player of the day was Sammy.

Today the Bulldogs did themselves proud in all aspects of rugby probably one of their finest if not finest displays. Very well done BULLDOGS.
