He will be assisted by Neil Mangan and both are looking forward to the challenge of establishing this important pathway for our younger players. Jamie and Neil, who were most recently the Management Team at Step 7 club New Bradwell FC, will bring huge enthusiasm and direct experience of management at the level the Development Team will be competing in next season. They have both played extensively in the South Midlands League at all levels and have an excellent track record in promoting and developing young players.

Jamie said:

“I am absolutely delighted to be given such an integral role in the player pathway within this great club. During the process I have been impressed by the professionalism and culture that runs from top to bottom, which makes this an even more exciting place to work and develop.

This club has some of the best talent around and I am looking forward to working closely with them, and all of the other staff, on and off the pitch, to help them achieve success right through in to our first team set up.”

Jamie and Neil will take up their role with immediate effect and begin planning for next season with First Team Manager Paul Bonham, Head of Youth Development Dan Turney, U18 Manager James Heeps and Director of Football, Sean Downey. More news will follow over the coming weeks.
