As a English Football Association Charter Standard Development Club, we devote significant attention to devising and implementing a proactive Football Development Plan for rolling 5-year periods that responds to the needs of the club as part of the overall development, training and coaching strategy for our football.

This season the Bedfordshire FA have asked affiliated clubs to identify three strategic objectives in their plans that will make a real difference and positive impact for the club's members and for the sport as a whole, and to make these visible to all – e.g. committee, coaches, managers, players, volunteers, supporters et al.

The LUFC Committee has determined that the three special focus objectives will be:

• Delivery of an Annual Events Programme - including club specific activities and as a host for other organisations
• Continuously Improving Communications – including the refreshing club’s website and social media
• Continued enhancement and provision of good quality playing surfaces at our Tilsworth facility
