The last of our formal registration and photo days to get all players registered for the forthcoming season is this Sunday 16th July.
Hopefully your coach has already confirmed when paper work and payment needs to be completed and shared the photo time slots with you. To summarise the following should help:
When
· Sunday 16th July – 10-4.30 (15 mins slot per team, listed in the attached).
Where
· Leighton Utd Ground
· Unfortunately pitches will not be available due to ground works.
What players need to do:
· Wear full Leighton Utd kit and have their photograph taken. I’m pleased to say we have secured an organisation called club legends to run the photo shoot. They will be producing digital images of all players, to help us with registration, updating our website. Merchandise for each child is available in the future should you want it, but there is no obligation to purchase anything at a later date.
· Sign the Leighton Utd code of conduct and consent form (PDF form)
What the parents need to do:
· Complete the Leighton Utd code of conduct and consent form (PDF file) (which is attached), you can complete this beforehand or there will also be plenty of copies at the club.
· Complete any league registration cards (only applicable for Bed Mini and CJ7’s)
· Pay the yearly player fees via cash or cheque (we will accept post-dated checks but all fees should be paid to the club by 1st September). The cost for the year will be £170 for all 9 a side and 11 a side boys teams and £120 for all Girls and 5 or 7 a side teams. This is the only cost for the season and includes or training and facility costs. The only additional costs are those for tournaments or festivals individual teams may decide to attend.
What the coaches need to do:
· Attend for your team slot on the 16th of July
· Wear Leighton or normal coaches kit as we will be taking your mug shots as well
· Message your team parents to confirm date and time slot you would like them to
attend and confirm your registration deadline. Please ensure you fully support the
process as it will save parents needing to obtain their own photographs and help us
launch the club web site in full for next season
Ensure players new to the club know what ID is required. If in doubt check with your league secretary.
Organise your own completion with each individual if for any reason one of your players is missed by both days.
