Young Blues suffer heavy defeat on opening day of season
A young Blues side were well beaten against a very good March Town United side last Saturday.
March Town took the lead in the 12th minute and doubled it two minutes later. Two further goals before half time put the contest to bed.
In the second half, March again scored two quick goals but Leiston did grab a consolation goal from Ben Morling. March finished off the match scoring two late goals. Jack Friend netted six for the visitors, while Mohammed Hamza and Flo Tsgaium were also on target.
