The following measures have been put in place to ensure the safety of players, officials and spectators at Letcombe Football Club.

CHANGING ROOMS
The home and away changing rooms are both large enough for a maximum of EIGHT players to change at any one time whilst social distancing. Visiting teams should therefore change in stages or arrive already changed. The referee`s room would allow TWO officials to change at the same time. There is a hand sanitiser in the corridor between the changing rooms.

SHOWERS
The showers in both the home and away changing rooms would allow only TWO people to shower at the same time whilst still maintaining social distancing. The one shower in the referee`s room is usable.

CLUBHOUSE
A one way system has been introduced in the clubhouse. The room is large enough for a maximum of SIXTEEN people to use whilst socially distancing. The bar is open subject to the restriction on numbers above, with additional external seating provided on the recreation ground. There are hand sanitisers at three locations in the clubhouse.
All users must sign the Covid 19 register so that they can be traced if necessary.
Hot drinks or after-match food for players and officials will not be provided until restrictions are lifted.

DURING THE MATCH
The `dug-outs` usually each hold eight people, but a maximum of FOUR is now allowed. If this is insufficient, substitutes should sit on the grass next to the dug-outs, or in the covered stand nearby. Spectators to be reminded that they must social distance if they are not doing so.

GENERAL
All match balls will have been sanitised before the match.
It is suggested that visiting teams bring their own balls for their pre-match warm up.
All players are advised to bring their own water bottle, clearly labelled.
No pre-match handshake will take place.
The fee for the referee will be sealed in an envelope prior to the game. If the referee wishes to be paid in some other way, he/she should let me know in advance.

Club Secretary
