VICE CHAIR ROLE
Linby CWFC are a small Community Football Club , who run 5 teams .
The Club is looking for Candidates for the role of Vice Chair , with an eye looking to a future Successor to our present Chair , Adrian Ward.
It is a volunteer role, candidates must be self driven and energetic, and want to push the Club forward to the next level .

“ In my nine years as Linby Chairman, I’ve overseen massive changes at the club.
Ground Improvements, including, moving and expanding the pitch , Hardstanding paths, new and refurbished dressing rooms. Stand, Floodlights and FA Ground Grading to Grade 7.
Expansion of our teams , to create a link , to bring local talent through to men’s football .
We have a well established Committee and Staff who all work very hard to maintain standards . I feel we have a good Football Management Structure, with excellent Managers and Coaches .
I think , as Iam 70 , this year the time is right to plan for my Successor .
I will still be here doing bits, but it’s time for a younger person , to take the Club onto the next level , hopefully the NLS Step6 .
