'THE WHITES' 200 CLUB RULES


200 Club Rules

1. The name of the draw is the 'The Whites' 200 Club ("the Lottery") regardless of the number of shares.

2. The Lottery will be administered by a promoter appointed by the Executive Board of Lincoln United Football Club ("the Club"). Any change in the details of the promoter will be published on the Club website.

3. Anybody 16 or over is entitled to purchase a share in the Lottery but parents or guardians of younger club members may also purchase a share. A purchaser of a share becomes a participant in the Lottery. Participants are entitled to hold a number of shares.

4. The number of shares in the Lottery shall be unlimited and each share shall be allocated a unique number.

5. The Lottery shall run from 1 October to 31 August each year.

6. 26.5% of the total monthly subscriptions will be paid out in the form of prizes. Prizes will be set on a pro-rata basis of the actual numbers of participants at the time of each draw. There shall be a draw made on the last day of each month.

7. Prize-winners will be notified at the last email address held by the promoter for that participant. It is the responsibility of a participant to advise the promoter of any change. The promoter will use his best endeavours to locate prize-winners but any prize monies not claimed within 6 months will be deemed a donation to the Club. A list of prize winners will also be posted on the Club's website/social media.

8. The subscription for each number is £10.00 per month payable monthly by standing order

9. A participant's number(s) will participate in the monthly draws for as long as payment has been made for month. Every paid up number will be included in every draw. Any participant whose subscription falls into arrears shall automatically forfeit the right to be included in any future draw until payment is made.

10. All Participants are entitled to attend the draws, which must be held in the presence of at least 3 members of the Executive Board of the Club on such occasions and times as the promoter shall deem appropriate.

11. The promoter will not pay a prize to any participant other than the purchaser(s) of a winning number.

12. No subscription will be refunded.

13. The promoter will determine any dispute. An appeal may be made to the Executive Board of the Club, who will convene a sub-committee consisting of the Chair of the Executive Board, the treasurer and another member of the Executive Committee whose decision shall be final.

14. The Lottery is intended to be a private lottery under the provisions of the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976, as amended. Ratified by the Executive Board of the Club in 2022.
