Malcolm Cowling, has clarified the Club's position following the recent story in the Lincolnshire Echo that it was thinking of installing a 3G pitch at the Ashby Avenue ground

"I'm not sure how the story came about" he said, "but I can say that we are not talking to anyone about any major changes to our facilities at this time. Our main focus this season is to consolidate our position on and off the field and this is proving challenging enough. Looking to the future, however, and as we said at the start of the season, we are a Club with ambition and we will be looking to improve things both on and off the field as we move forward. When we have firmed up our ideas, we'll talk to the right people, do things properly and keep everyone informed - until then, though, we're concentrating on staying in this Division, paying our bills and making plans for next season - it's as simple as that."
