Ed has impressed the club with his fantastic images when covering our matches and will be a welcome addition to the expanding media team. Ed will be joined by two new assistant photographers, Shaun Harper and Melanie Swain. This will ensure we can share more great images from across the club and offer opportunity for student photographers to get valued experience, under Ed’s knowledgeable support.

Ed had this to say on the appointment: “I am incredibly honoured to be appointed Lead Photographer for Lincoln United. This role will allow me to mentor others whilst providing comprehensive photo coverage for the club.

Passing on my skill and expertise in the realm of sports photography is the next logical step in my photographical journey.

My shooting style is what I would phase ‘unfiltered documentary’ based- not just capturing the highs but also the lows of non league football.

My assistants and I shall cover as many Lincoln United games (First Team, Development and Women’s teams) as our schedules will allow.
