We're delighted to announce that energetic and tough tackling midfielder (sometimes a full-back), Harry Millard, has decided to stay with 'The Whites' for another season.

Having joined the club a couple of seasons ago, Harry has been an ever present in the men's 1st team squad. Originally signing under the stewardship of current gaffer, Sam Wilkinson; Harry had his most impactful campaign last term under Steve Housham and Nathan Jarman, despite missing the end of the season with an injury.

Despite the team's disappointing performances last term, new returning manager, Sam Wilkinson, hopes Harry can continue the good form shown last season, "I'm really pleased Harry has verbally committed for next season. On the back of Kallum Smith signing, Harry is of similar ilk, gives everything for the team; is competitive, aggressive and wears his heart on his sleeve. Harry has shown he has the proven quality for our league. The past few seasons and Harry's experience of our standard of football is going to be invaluable; he is still young and hungry, fitting the mould of young local players wanting to play for Lincoln United."

The man himself had this to say on returning to Ashby Avenue for another season, "I'm happy to agree to sign for Lincoln United again. It should be a really good challenge this coming season, fresh faces coming through the door, both on and off the field and I'm excited to be part of what I'm sure will be a positive new era. Hopefully, as soon as we can get going, we can hit the ground running; setting the tone for an enjoyable season both on and off the pitch."

Similarly to Kallum Smith, Harry is available to sponsor has highlighted in our recently released new commercials brochure, as can be seen below. All at Lincoln United wish Harry a successful season and we look forward to seeing him back in action for 'The Whites' for the forthcoming 2020/21 season.
