Since its inception in December 2022, Lincoln United Supporters Trust continues to gather momentum with the first Lincoln United Supporters Trust fundraising event taking place this Friday, 28th April; a 'Sportsman’s Evening' with former England international footballer, Steve Hodge, who represented Nottingham Forest and Leeds United. Supporting Steve will be comedian, John Gillian, and the evening will also include raffle prizes and a fantastic sports memorabilia auction. The event sold out quickly to the delight of the Supporters Trust.

Furthermore, the Supporters Trust continues to grow, constituting 17 active members. The most recent additions are:

1. Damian Froggatt, formerly involved at the club as a Joint-Manager of the Reserve Team, with Seamus Lawless in the mid-00s which saw many players making first-team appearances. Damian has since been Head of Youth at neighbours Lincoln City, steering the academy through turbulent times when City was relegated from the Football League. Damian is now the Director of Operations at 'The Imps'.

2. Rick Ranshaw, a player with over 200 appearances for the club and formed a lethal strike partnership with Lincoln United’s record goal scorer, Tony Simmons, during his time at the club. Rick also enjoyed spells at Grantham Town and Gainsborough Trinity.

3. Dean Hendy, who represented ‘The Whites’ through the levels. Dean is also a former Grimsby Town youth player. Since finishing playing football Dean has become a session player, Musical Director and educator, his knowledge of the music and events industry will be of great use to the Trust.
