
All Players to post availability the Tues prior to the Saturday/Sunday fixture - This can be done via Facebook / Twitter / Text / Phone Call or Good ole' Face to Face with the respective Captain/Vice Captain for each team...
ALL weekend teams across the club will be picked on a Wednesday evening prior to the weekend fixture and will ALWAYS be posted on Facebook / Club Website no later than the Thursday night of that week. Players without social media / internet access will be informed via Phone Call or Text Message by their respective Captains.
The same 2 day prior to fixture rule will apply to all senior teams (1st/2nd/3rd/Midweek) so players know exactly where they’re at.
In case of unavailability following being named in a team, it is the PLAYERS RESPONSIBILTIY to let their respective Captains know AS SOON AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE if they’re no longer available to play. Players need to be respectful in the sense that Captains have a tough job to find last minute replacements etc. so by letting them know ASAP if you can’t play gives all Captains the best chance of naming a replacement. The 2 day rule of naming a team will negate any issues arising.
Should you notice any of the above not happening then please make it known in the first instance to you Captains and furthermore to the Executive committee so it can be dealt with individually with the club Captains…
