It was a second half to forget for United on Tuesday as they travelled to Glan Conwy still missing several key players.
Both sides held their own for the first half but the dead lock was broken with an unfortunate own goal when a Glan shot took a wicked deflection off Aled Roberts foot leaving Dan Jones with no chance.
Just the one goal separated the two sides at the break.
United came out once again looking to salvage the game but were left shell shocked when Glan pulled out a 30 yard screamer within 5 minutes of the re-start. That really rocked United and heads began to go down. Glan got their 3rd and another nail in the coffin from a corner 5 minutes late.
United went all out to to get something for the game late on but in the last 4 minutes Glan got a further 2 goals as the United players had all but admitted defeat.
