We Will PLAY Them On The Beaches

The Warriors took a small squad to the 11th Beach Rugby Wales.

The sun was nice, the beer was cold...but the rugby.......

The Warriors were drawn to play Porth C, new friends Bryncethin and also had the Fair Play Championship against the Swansea Gladiators.

All three matches were lost, despite some good rugby and some neat touches. The team scored in each game and the inexperienced squad (especially at touch) should be proud of another fine effort.

As ever, it was only a bit of fun and so just as important were seeing old friend Duncan Blaneau, getting Dafydd James to slip into a team photo and getting on S4C's Heno program.

Thanks to all who came along and supported (inc nearly the Burry Port Squad).
