In what was an even game from start to finish, Llanfair took the lead in the first half through Karl Seliaerts. However, in the second half, Dolgellau capitalised on Llanfair errors to take a 2-1 lead.

In stoppage time, a bizarre own goal handed Llanfair a deserved point.
