Gogledd Cymru Division Two
Llanidloes 36 Dinbych 5
LLANIDLOES wrapped up a remarkable campaign in second spot and fired a warning to the rest of the league ahead of next season.
A strong end to the season saw Llanidloes pip Dolgellau to second spot, behind eventual champions Bala.
Llanidloes were as strong as ever against mid-table Dinbych, who failed to seriously test the Cae Hafren hosts.
Centres Huw Owen and Ben Davies both crossed for tries as Llanidloes strolled into a comfortable lead.
Further tries from full-back Adam Price and wing Paul Jehu saw Llanidloes establish a commanding lead, with wing Dan Short also crossing for a try.
Short completed his contribution with three conversions and five penalties.
