WE have a busy weekend of football ahead with three games to be played. On Saturday, the first team host neighbours Guilsfield in a Mid Wales Derby, kick off 2pm. Both teams are in a rich vein of form and I am sure that we are in for a good game. Hopefully the weather will stay dry to allow both sides to play a good game of flowing football.
The reserves are on the road and travel to Meifod. The boys will be itching for a game of football as they have been inactive since October. This will be a tough challenge for our young guns but I am sure that they will be up for the challenge.
On Sunday, the club will be sending a side up to Kerry to start our Central Wales Cup campaign. The game kick's off at 1.30. The club will be hoping to replicate the run we had in the competition last season and hopefully go one step further. Sunday will once again be a tough challenge.
Good luck to all teams.
