The 26-year-old was part of Heather’s Midland Football League title charge last term and also featured for Jason Lanns’ side against The Moes in the Emirates FA Cup.

After impressing in Dynamo’s pre-season victory over Lutterworth Town last weekend, Lloyd now becomes the Club’s fifth new summer signing ahead of the forthcoming campaign.

Manager Lee Attenborough expressed his delight after getting the left-back on board.

He said: “I am chuffed with Brett. For those who don’t know, he played against us last year in the FA Cup for us for Heather St Johns. On the day, he was their best player by a country mile.

“I touched ways with him after the game and just said I’ll speak to you at the end of the season for a catch up. He progressed throughout the season for them and I watched them a couple of times.

He’s come in and done pre-season with us and he’s been brilliant to be fair, played last week and it just confirmed everything that I thought about him. We wanted him to get signed up and sorted and we have done that.”
