Dynamo travel to Yorkshire

Loughborough Dynamo will be looking to get back winning ways when they take on Stocksbridge Park Steels on Saturday afternoon.

The Moes suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat against Spalding in their last clash, but secured a first win on the road versus Chasetown on New Year’s Day.

As Dynamo move into the second-half of the season, Stocksbridge is one of two sides they haven’t faced this term yet, the other being play-off chasing Carlton.

Lee Attenborough’s side currently sit in 14th place but can move up to with a victory over Steels and if they do so, it’ll be back-to-back wins on the road for the first time since April.

Last meeting

The two sides last met back in March as Dynamo fell to a 3-2 loss in Yorkshire despite taking the lead on two occasions through Carl Sibson and Ryan Robbins.

On the opposition

Stocksbridge have had a positive first-half of the season and lie in eighth, but have failed to win any of their last six outings, including three defeats in four.

Out of Steels’ 20 league games, they have played nine on home soil, but only picked up 12 points, which is the 11th best in the division.

The Yorkshire-based side do posses the league’s sixth-highest scorer in Luke Mangham, who has scored 12 goals this term.
