We asked Dynamo goalkeeper Jay Alexander questions about his teammates, and here are his answers…

Best player? – Curtis Burrows + Carl Sibson

JA: Ability-wise; it’d probably be Curt [Burrows]. Karl [Demidh] will be up there. On performance though, I’d have to put Sibbo [Carl Sibson] up there. Last season, just because as a goalkeeper, your centre-backs are important and in all the games we kept clean sheets in, I think Sibbo was pivotal to us. Technical-ability Curt, but on performances last year – Sibbo’s got to be up there.

Worst dressed? – Danny Gordon

JA: I don’t really want to go with the one that the lads have already gone for, but it is hard to navigate around Danny Gordon. The gaffer has to get a special mention for those horrible skateboarding shoes that he turned up in. With Danny, it’s more t-shirts than anything – he loves a bad outfit to be fair.

Most skilful? – Will Norcross

JA: It’s hard to see past Will Norcross. He’s one for the tricks, step-overs. The thing about Will is as well is that especially the start of the season, he was twisting a few people up last year.

Teachers pet – Luke Thorogood

JA: It’s got to be [Luke] Thorogood. It’s got to be him for teachers pet.

Laziest? – Jay Alexander

JA: I don’t really think there is a lazy player at the club. Normally you have one or two in changing rooms that might be good on the ball but they don’t want to graft. I think it’s a well-known fact that I’m not a huge fan of a run. I’ll do cardio but running is not my forte. I’d have to own up and go me. I don’t class myself as lazy but I don’t like a run at all.

Best trainer? – Charlie Young + Curtis Burrows

JA: The best trainer I’d have to give a joint one to Curt and Charlie [Young]. Charlie because he’s got an absolute engine; he doesn’t stop. Curt because he’s competitive. He doesn’t like to lose which isn’t a bad trait to have.

Hardest working? – Charlie Young

JA: Charlie Young – it’s got to be. He likes to cover every blade of grass. You struggle to go against Charlie. He likes a run and he doesn’t stop.

Funniest? – Lee Attenborough

JA: There’s a few for this one. I might have to go for the gaffer. He drops a few deadly one liners that I’ve only just recovered from to be fair. I’ll got with the gaffer.

Worst taste in music? – Carl Sibson

JA: I think I’ll chalk Sibbo under the bus there. No one has a particularly bad taste in music. I’m the dressing room DJ so I try and cater for everyone, but Sibbo definitely moans a bit when I play a bit of the hip hop.
