Lurgan United FC have had a long-established relationship with the Gordon Playing Fields, Lurgan, and indeed we have come to call Pitch No.2 as 'Our Home Ground', although admittedly it is a Craigavon Borough Council maintained facility!

The Gordon Playing Fields are widely known throughout Mid Ulster Football as having a superb playing surface, indeed, one of the very best around. This is without doubt due almost entirely to the diligent work over the years of CBC groundsmen like Jimmy McCreadie and Billy McClean.
