Management Committee Meetings
Management Committee Meetings are held on a regular basis throughout each season, usually on the first Saturday of each month, at 11.00am.
The venue for each meeting may vary, but ample notice of all meeting arrangements will always be given.
There is a set agenda, as agreed within the club constitution, namely:-
1. Chairman’s welcome
2. Minutes from previous meeting
3. Matters arising
4. Team performance / training / playing issues
5. Finances
6. Upcoming events & functions
7. Disciplinary matters
8. Correspondence
9. Any Other Business
10. Date of next meeting
All committee members are kindly requested to attend each meeting throughout the course of each season, in order to help the club runs smoothly and successfully every year.
Tea / Coffee provided (and occasionally biscuits! lol) are normally provided ... and sometimes even a cooked breakfast is served!
