
The British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (BEDSA) over the years has helped propel a level of change in the sport sector where more and more role models from the diverse communities who are involved in sports are being acknowledged as a priority to facilitate increase participation and positive impact with emphasis on community bridging and engagement.
This recognition of hard work and dedication stimulates interest and unearths talent on and off the field of play and provides a solid foundation for integration and the overall engagement within the local and national community.
We are please to inform you, that Luton Allstars FC coach Kwesi Edubatey has been shortlisted under the category Unsung Hero Award 2017 by the British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards. Kwesi Edubatey has been nominated not only for his contribution in growing the game, increasing participation and inspiring others but also for bringing the community together, impactful leadership and mentoring to the youth, as he sets himself as an example for many to follow.
