Like all Community Rugby Clubs Lutterworth RFC is run by Volunteers, many of whom dedicate time and resource to the club, its membership, development and continued longevity. We are so grateful to all who take on responsibilities whether it is for the long term, short term or on an occasional basis.

Have you thought about volunteering?

As we continue to grow and thrive we need more volunteer support in a variety of roles and look to our membership and local community for new or returning personnel. Please do get in touch if you would like to know more or can volunteer on a short or long term basis. Maybe you can nominate others.

Are you looking for ways to enhance your personal development for a career?

You may wish to improve your skills and knowledge in a certain area such as coaching or club administration, or you want to be more involved in our community club and join in promoting us in our 150th Season. It might be that your business or employer could provide support to the club with development projects and membership recruitment and retention.
