This years competition has been skillfully constructed by the 1st XV Stand off, Nick Kinnear (a previous winner) who has made it a bit more exciting with a risk/reward scheme. The tougher the kick the more points you earn. The winner will obviously be the kicker who has the most points.

This may seem easy but if you dont play your cards right the handsome glory boy backs could easily be beaten by a prop.

There maybe a good few competitors on thursday so please be there sharpish so things can get under way.

Mark Methven is the current holder of the title and I know he has been practicing, With Andy Durward being runner up last year (I think he's making another comeback from a broken nail for the kicking cup).

It will be good to see some of the Blues down competing for the title this year.
