Mens Senior Squad pre-season has now been finalised.
Sessions are open to all existing playing members targeting Mens 1s or Mens 2 teams in the coming season as well as returning university students.
SATURDAY 11th, 18th, 25th : 11am - 12.30pm
TUESDAY 14th, 21st, 28th : 7.30pm - 9.30pm
Normal TUESDAY session : 8pm-10pm
Friendly SATURDAY fixtures. (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd)
New members targeting M1 or M2 sides are welcome to attend the sessions, please contact Christopher Brown (firstname.lastname@example.org) or email@example.com if you want to attend.
August sessions will be a combination of aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness, game like stick/ball exercises and small sided games. August sessions will increase in intensity as we work towards full playing fitness for September matches.
September sessions will then progress with tactics, set-pieces and playing patterns.
